Feeling Well Together

The holiday season can be an exciting time. It also is an opportunity for challenges to creep in like stress, over-eating, over-drinking, less movement, strong emotions, family challenges, time management, isolation, and boundary or positive mindset disruptions. 

This year join the group for 8 weeks where we'll work together in support and accountability to stay healthy. You select the area of focus (some options above) to narrow in on that would support your health during these times. Do what works for you!

At the kickoff virtual meeting, you'll get to meet your like-minded group members. Certified Clinical Health Coach Emily Marquis will guide you through the process of intentionally selecting an area of focus, understanding your motivation, learning how to set SMART goals, and creating a vision for the next 8 weeks to feel well, no matter what comes your way. Walk away with tangible tools while feeling empowered, connected, and ready to go!

Then we'll meet weekly through the end of Dec for continued support, connection, momentum, and resilience.

Then you'll have access to the group chat for the next 8 weeks for support, cheerleading, tips, motivation, and accountability. As the group coach, Emily will do weekly check-ins on goals and support in progress and resilience. 

We all deserve to feel well during this holiday season so we can be present for all the happy times. Not only is it possible, but we're all in it together.

Your Coach

Meet Emily

Emily Marquis is a Clinical Health and Wellness Coach, board-certified NBC-HWC, and HR consultant. She is an RYT200 Yoga Instructor and Mindfulness Consultant. Combining 20 years of human resources and health coaching experience, Emily works with individuals, groups, and organizations in support of creating healthy habits for a sustainable lifestyle change. Drawing from her professional training and personal health challenges; she has experience in preventing, reducing, and managing chronic illnesses from stress to sleep to weight loss to work-life balance. Emily also partners with clinics to create a village for clients to best support their well-being. In addition to private & group coaching, she is an Instructor at Emory University in their graduate Health Coaching certificate program, works in a research study at Dartmouth College supporting young adults with Type 1 Diabetes, is an adjunct professor at Colorado Mountain College, and is on the faculty at MindBodyGreen in the NBHWC program. Emily has contributed to many media outlets and podcasts sharing knowledge and support in a fun and articulate way. Emily lives in Southwest, Colorado with her family and loves the balance between a good TV show and an outdoor adventure.
