You missed out!

Change is possible and we're here to support you with this full program.

Stress is real. Food is medicine. And you don't have to do it alone.

What we eat impacts how we feel. Whether we have internal or external stressors, food is medicine that is used to reduce stress and inflammation. Learn how to feed your brain and body with healthy eating strategies and knowledge of specific nutrients and foods. Work with two fun experts. Maeson Temple, Registered Dietician Nutritionist will sit down with you for a private consultation to learn about you, your habits, and give you a personalized action plan on changes to implement in your eating pattern to reduce stress. Take this action plan to the group of like-minded participants and work with NBC-HWC Clinical Health Coach on creating sustainable behavior change by having fun, creating a vision, setting goals, breaking through barriers, group accountability, support, and sharing resources. Along the way, you'll gain mindfulness tools for stress reduction and healthy eating. Walk away with a group of new friends on the same journey, tools for your resilience toolbelt, an improved diet, knowledge, and less stress. And the close of the group, meet again for a private wrap-up session with Maeson to take where you're at and create an individualized transition plan for your nutrition and stress.

Maeson Temple

Registered Dietician Nutritionist

about the host

“I am passionate about nutrition and wellness because I believe that food is medicine and has the power to heal our bodies. Eating is a part of our everyday life - it connects us with others socially, plays a role in our emotional well-being; and gives us the fuel we need to carry out daily activities. I believe that lasting changes are achieved when focusing on moderation and variety in our diets. I support my patients through this process by establishing trust, focusing on both short-term and long-term goals, as well as providing the tools and knowledge needed to make positive changes in their nutritional health. Our bodies are designed to heal, and it is never too late to begin the journey of restoring a relationship between mind and body to live a whole and healthy life!”
