60 Minute session can be the initial session or a 60-minute follow-up session.
For the initial session, when scheduling please allow time to complete the intake information and self-assessments (about 1 hour or so) as we will discuss this information in the session and maximize our time together. All coaching must begin with the initial 60-minute session.
