What is Health & Wellness Coaching?

Health and wellness coaches support individuals and groups in developing positive health behaviors through goal setting, education, mindfulness, and self discovery/understanding. Coaches are equipped with tools to help clients empower themselves around assessing readiness for change, helping them determine what goals they want to set that fit within their lifestyle, accountability, and helps maintain and sustain changes they want to make toward their overall well-being.

Basically, change is hard or we’d all be doing it all the time with ease. I’ve been there and have had to make unexpected health changes. Whether you have a health goal in mind personally to improve your overall well-being or you have received instruction based on diagnosis from a health care practitioner; I can help you make the changes in your everyday life that work for you in order to improve and sustain your health. We’ll take a look at your life as a whole, set realistic goals, create and action plan. Along the way, I will be able to offer you support in your natural ups and downs in the process, confidence, positive mindset (positive psychology), stress management, and accountability.

I can work directly with you as well as your team of health care providers for optimal patient-centered care. Think of me as your coach towards feeling well inside and out; your health support and advocate in between doctor visits.

Who Do I Serve?

I work with people from all backgrounds. Anyone who is ready to make a positive change towards their overall well-being! I work with teens (13+), adults, seniors, those with chronic illness, and athletes. Whether you are thinking about taking action to prevent health challenges, received encouragement from a health care provider, or have a diagnosis you'd like to work with; health and wellness coaching is never too early or late for anyone. I believe we all deserve to feel well, and you don't have to do it alone.

How does Private Coaching work?

To set a goal, we must first find out who you are, what your values are, and where you truly want to go. This is your foundation. 

While I have guides, templates and experience, my favorite part about coaching is that each client I work with is unique and how we work reflects that. We break down each step, build confidence, hold accountability, overcome challenges, recognize strengths and help you achieve your goals. I work with individuals, couple and groups.

Together we will assess your current situation by starting out with a discovery session. From there, you will receive an online platform where all your customized and personalized information and homework will be. During each follow up session we will continue to discuss goals.

Please note that you will be billed per phone/video/live session but the personalized free app, between session coach chat, resources, and email support are included in price.

60 Minute Session

30 Minute Follow-up Sessions*

Conducted in-person, via phone or video chat. Individual dashboard w/free app, resources, tools, and coaching chat support between sessions included (HIPAA Compliant).

*Must complete one 60 minute session for best results to for discovery information and create goal setting and action plan prior to scheduling any follow up sessions.

Discounted 4 Hour Package*

Conducted in-person, via phone or video chat. Individual dashboard w/free app, resources, tools, and coaching chat support between sessions included (HIPAA Compliant).

*Package includes 4 hours of individual coaching. Expires one year after date of purchase. Used as punch pass. As client completes 30 or 60 minutes coaching sessions, it is like a punch card where the package hours are deducted by amount of completed sessions. Must complete one 60 minute discovery session.
