Mentoring for Individual Growth, Feedback and Support
Why choose Emily as your mentor?
As a coach, Emily knows that it can sometimes be isolating; even when working within an organization. Coaching is an experiential service profession and that requires individual growth, feedback, and support. She also thrives in supporting other coaches in a compassionate and intentional way so that even more people can be served by the best coaches.

All mentor coaching purchases have a 1 year expiration date from date of purchase. To respect both the mentor and mentee’s time, all cancellations or reschedules must be made within 24 hours of the coaching session.
For review of client sessions for learning and quality assurance, the mentee coach must have verbal permission at the start of their recording from their client that the mentor may view the session. Without this, the mentor does not have permission to do so unless mentee submits permission in writing to the mentor as documentation prior to review. All sessions to be reviewed must be submitted to the mentor within 24 business hours of the scheduled mentor session to ensure the mentor has enough time to thoroughly review and document feedback.
To have the best use of mentee’s time, it is recommended that they prepare questions, scenarios, and specific mentoring needs prior to the session.
Please stay tuned for upcoming mentor membership packages and continuing education courses!
I SO look forward to working with you!
